Since our catalog sells sacred items utilized in deity worship services, we enforce strict sanitary checks. Items (dresses, jewelry, flutes) are eligible for return/replacement within 7 days of delivery only if they are completely unused, in their original condition, and wrapped in their original seal packaging.
Custom-ordered dresses (tailored specifically for large-size temple idols) and used item products cannot be returned. Please double check your deity's size scale dimensions before submitting orders.
If an item arrives damaged or containing broken beads/pearls, please contact us immediately at info@satvikstore.com with clear photos of the parcel within 24 hours of delivery. We will ship a replacement package free of charge.
Approved refunds are credited directly back to the original online method (credit cards, UPI accounts) through Razorpay within 5 to 7 business days of the parcel returning back to our warehouse.
