Logistic Channels
We process all orders placed on Satvik Store within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed during Hindu festivals (such as Janmashtami, Diwali, or Holi) might take 3 to 4 days to pack and dispatch due to high demand. We sanitize all items carefully before packing.
Once dispatched, items are handed over to premium shipping partners (Blue Dart, Delhivery, Indian Post). Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days for major Indian metros and 5 to 7 days for remote regional locations.
We offer free standard delivery across India on all orders exceeding ₹499. For order amounts below ₹499, we charge a flat packaging and shipping fee of ₹50.
If the outer shipping box is torn or tampered with, please do not accept the package from the delivery executive. Take a photo and contact our WhatsApp support immediately.
